Volter stabilizer 1f SMART SNPTO SmartOnline-4
Smart On-Line — the double conversion principle
Smart On-Line stabilizers are built on the double conversion principle. This method is one of the most effective ways to make the output voltage completely independent of the input network state.
Even with severe grid instability, interference, or input signal distortion, the input voltage is first converted to direct current, and all negative factors are not transmitted to the output.
Stages of double conversion
- First stage — using a rectifier with a power factor corrector (PFC), the capacitors are charged with direct voltage. A power factor corrector is required to reduce pulse loads and prevent overloading of the electrical network.
- The second stage — using the pulse-width modulation (PWM) method, an output alternating voltage of an ideal sinusoidal shape is formed from the direct voltage.
Load stability and compatibility
The stabilizer works equally effectively with active, capacitive and inductive loads, maintaining a stable voltage level with a deviation of no more than 1% from the value set by the user.
A constant frequency of 50 Hz is also provided, completely independent of input voltage fluctuations.
Clean signal and operation with generators
The stabilizer is capable of outputting at any time clean, interference-free output signal. When connected to a generator, the device generates a correct sinusoidal voltage waveform.
This is especially important when working with asynchronous motors and transformer power supplies, since a distorted voltage waveform leads to their overheating.
