In Volter stabilizers, the transformer has a rod or toroidal design, allowing for minimal noise performance. The transformer coils are wound symmetrically.
The winding transformer is coated with heat-conducting varnish in a vacuum installation. Thermal cabinets with microprocessor controls ensure optimal drying conditions for beetles.
The design of the stabilizer is modified, the system of ventilation openings is optimized, which allows for the creation of sufficient air flows for cooling the device at limiting operating temperatures. In the core of the main heat dissipation there is an aluminum radiator and load-bearing chassis.
Increased stability is ensured by precise synchronization of the switching of stages at the program level, by protection from the changeover of the life of the controller, the installation of special approaches to increase the resistance of the switching elements to high speeds of voltage and flow changes.
The installation of current Atmel microcontrollers Allows you to accurately visualize everything voltage value (and not the average, as with other generators), which turns off the influx of voltage from the voltage supply (impulse transitions and harmonics) to the controller’s work.
All electronic components cured in Volter ™ stabilizers are classified as Industrial (for industrial curing).
In servo-driven stabilizers, the carbon brushes are erased during robotic operation, contact weakens. In this case, there is a sincereness and, as a result, the excitement may arise. Volter stabilizers have all mechanical parts that rub and do not vikorist components that support the combustion.
