Volter Smart-7 — single-phase frost-resistant voltage stabilizer
Smart-7 is a single-phase voltage stabilizer for an apartment or house with a maximum power of 7 kW. Belongs to the Volter Smart series and is designed to provide stabilized voltage to all types of electrical consumers when powered from a network with unsatisfactory voltage quality.
It can be used in unheated rooms or outdoors in a place protected from precipitation due to its frost-resistant design.
The stabilizer ensures that the output voltage is not affected by changes in and surges in the input voltage, as well as changes in the load. For this purpose, it contains a reference voltage source with a network frequency and a stable value, with which the output voltage of the stabilizer is continuously compared.
Thanks to this design, the stabilizer doesn't react even to very sharp, almost instantaneous changes in input voltage and responds very quickly to any load change.
Load independence is also achieved: the stabilizer operates equally well with active, capacitive, and inductive loads, provided the output current does not exceed the permissible value.
