On the front panel of the switching unit there are:
- automatic circuit breaker;
- light indicators for the visibility of input voltage and output voltage;
- input voltmeters output voltage;
- two voltmeter jumpers that allow the phase and line voltages to change through both the input and output of the stabilizer;
- input ammeter;
- Ammeter remix for phases.

On the top panel of the phase block there is a switch of operating modes, on the front panel there is a rare crystal indicator and control buttons.

The skin block for stabilizing the phase voltage is folded with an autotransformer, power switches and a voltage controller. During the operation, the controller changes the input phase voltage and, accordingly, alters the power switches, maintaining a stable magnetic flux of the autotransformer and stable output voltage of the stabilizer.

Before the three-phase circuit, the stabilizer is connected through a switching unit. The connection is made using a “mirror” circuit with a bonded neutral wire.
