This Volter stabilizer is designed for continuous 24-hour operation and is installed permanently throughout a home (apartment, office, or industrial equipment). It is connected via a terminal block, in a phase break at the input, immediately after the meter. The stabilizer does not contain any mechanical components, including a fan (convection cooling is provided). The Volter™-81 pt (3*27) is capable of operating in freezing conditions, allowing it to be installed in an unheated room. The stabilizer provides the ability to adjust the output voltage up or down by 15 volts in 1 volt increments.
