It is universally installed—suitable for both unheated spaces and residential areas.
Volter stabilizers are designed for continuous, 24-hour operation indoors and are permanently installed throughout a home (apartment, office, or industrial facility). They are connected via a terminal block, in the phase break at the input, immediately after the meter.
