Thermal imaging video surveillance cameras - what are they and what are they used for?
Thermal imaging IP cameras are widely used in perimeter control systems. Video from a thermal imaging camera allows you to detect intruders in real time long before a regular camera can notice anything suspicious.
The thermal image is automatically analyzed directly by the camera. The video surveillance system can be configured to respond to different types of events and reactions to them as needed. For example, during a fire, alerts are activated.
