Fast charging and no memory effect:

Lithium batteries charge significantly faster than lead-acid batteries. The absence of memory effect means that the battery can be charged and discharged at any charge level without loss of capacity. LiFePO4 batteries are charged with a maximum recommended current of 0.5C, where C is the battery capacity. For the LP LiFePO4 25.6V - 100Ah battery, the maximum charging current should not exceed 25A (0.5 x 50Ah). It is important that this current does not exceed the BMS's capabilities to maintain safety and extend the battery's life.
